The holistic approach

The holistic approach is a global and analytical consideration of the aspects that can lead to or contribute to burnout. Burnout results from an internal energy imbalance, which leads to a loss of mental resilience and performance. To sustainably restore this energy balance, I consider both the mind and the body. I combine mental coaching with positive and social psychology, neuroscience, balanced nutrition, and physical exercise. All these factors influence each other and can be mutually reinforcing when we understand their impact on our body and mind. I want to share my knowledge and experience with as many individuals and companies as possible who are looking for greater happiness and energy at work.

About me

I am a certified coach, specializing in leadership, career, and burnout. I support both companies and individuals. My personal convictions and healthy lifestyle led me to adopt a more holistic approach to burnout and coaching. I have completed training as a nutrition coach and have developed an interest in neuroscience.

As a passionate human resources specialist, I have over 15 years of experience in various HR fields: coaching, career guidance, recruitment and selection, training and development, project and change management, well-being and prevention, skills management, salary, compensation, and benefits management, etc.
