The exchange bubbles are not a “support group,” but rather dynamic and enriching workshops where we explore self-knowledge in all its facets: body, mind, and emotions.

Thanks to collective intelligence, everyone leaves with practical tips, new ideas, and the comfort of knowing they are not alone on their journey.

Together, we transform experiences into positive resources, using tools from positive psychology and neuroscience.

These sessions, led by Tonia Tatti, coach and trainer, are based on a holistic approach, integrating positive psychology, neuroscience, and collective intelligence.

Exchange & sharing: Advice and experiences around sleep, physical exercise, nutrition, and muscle pain.

Emotional exhaustion

Coaching framework: Understanding the role of the amygdala and the function of emotions.

Exchange & sharing: Management of emotions and excessive reactions.

Practical application: Creative exercise in collaboration with L’Atelier Sorcier.

Cognitive exhaustion

Coaching framework: The role of the prefrontal cortex and the hippocampus in your capacities.

Exchange & sharing: Advice and experiences around thoughts and decision-making.

Practical Application: Exercise based on mental management.
