Professional exhaustion is an isolating ordeal. Our exchange groups are designed to break this solitude and offer you a space for listening, sharing, and learning in contact with people experiencing similar situations to your own.
These sessions, led by Tonia Tatti, coach and trainer, are based on a holistic approach, integrating positive psychology, neuroscience, and collective intelligence.

Physical exhaustion
Coaching framework: Introduction and the impact of cortisol and adrenaline on your body.
Exchange & sharing: Advice and experiences around sleep, physical exercise, nutrition, and muscle pain.
Practical application: Practical exercise.
Emotional exhaustion
Coaching framework: Understanding the role of the amygdala and the function of emotions.
Exchange & sharing: Management of emotions and excessive reactions.
Practical application:Creative exercise led by L’Atelier Sorcier.
Cognitive exhaustion
Coaching framework: The role of the prefrontal cortex and the hippocampus in your capacities.
Exchange & sharing:Advice and experiences aroundthoughtsanddecision-making.
Practical Application: Exercise based on RET (Rational Emotive Therapy).
Where and when to participate in our exchange groups?
The sessions take place on Tuesdays, allowing you to easily integrate this time of recharging into your week.

New : Upon request from the group, a 4th bonus bubble can be organized on March 10. It will be dedicated to the practical application of the previous bubbles. You can already note the date in your diary, and we will confirm together during the last bubble whether it will take place.
